[ Yangachi + Technology + Art ]

[史金納蛙] Yangachi 為 1970 年生於釜山的韓國藝術家，藉網路互動呈現豐富的媒體藝術關切。參與過的網路創作計劃有中韓計劃、www.parasite-tmn.org 等。其創作常與時事密切相關，如支持日本 ICC 藝術中心持續營運的 The Show Must Go On。2006 年 4 月受邀至德國司徒加特展出中韓計劃－Yangachi之章（Middle Corea - Yangachi Episode）。本篇內容為 2006 年 4 月期間進行之訪談，雖然藝術家惜字如金言簡意賅，但仍留露其率性而為的個性，特與讀者分享。

Yangachi（以下簡稱【Y】）：Yangachi（就是我本人）對於戰略媒體（Tactical Media）很有興趣。我有一個自己的網站（www.yangachi.org），你可以在上面找到我的資料。

微：我們對您的背景很好奇，您為何想成為一名數位藝術家？
Y：你們都知道這種事情不需要理由。

微：請介紹您的一些創作，您的創作有何持續關注的主題？
Y：Yangachi Guild（www.yangachiguild.com，2002）；eGovernment（www.egovernment.co.kr，2003）的關注主題是南韓的活動，這已經不再是我的創作主題了。最近則是對於中韓計劃非常有興趣（www.middlecorea.net，2006）。

微：您喜歡跟其他韓國藝術家或外國藝術家共事嗎？還是傾向獨自工作？
Y：…這個嘛，假如某人有特別不同的創意或有趣的思考，我都很樂於加入他們。

微：請介紹您策展印象特別深刻的創作計畫。
Y：我愛 CCC (www.ccc.de) 網站上的所有活動，以及李振藩（Lee, Bruce；韓國對李小龍的稱呼）。

微：談談您最喜歡的媒體藝術作品或計畫吧。
Y：Tactical Media。

微：請推薦任何您深覺啟發、或正在關注的事物。
Y：直到目前為止，我最欣賞的藝術家是：Blue Man Group，李振藩，以及日本演員三船敏郎（Toshiro Mifune）。

微：網路上對於中韓計畫有任何有趣的回饋？
Y：總是有收不完的垃圾郵件。

微：您目前正在參與哪些創作計畫？

微：您如何思考韓國的數位藝術？數位藝術有所謂的「韓國」風格嗎？
Y：也許有吧。

Q2. We’re curious about your personal background. How did you make up the mind and become the Curator/ Digital Artist?

A2. 모르겠어요

Q3. Please introduce some of your works or projects. Do you have any consistent theme in your works/ projects?

A3. Yangachi Guild(www.yangachiguild.com, 2002), eGovernment(www.egovernment.co.kr, 2003)과 같은 작업은 남한에 대한 이야기 입니다. 남한에 대한 이야기는 오랫동안 다룬 주제여서 한동안 하지 않으려 합니다. 최근에는 미들 코리아(www.middlecorea.net, 2006)에 관심을 가지고 있습니다.

Q4. Do you enjoy working with other Korean or foreign artists? Or you prefer to work on your own?

A4. 이상하고 흥미로운 생각을 하는 사람들이라면 합니다.

Q5. There must be some works which you’re deeply impressed in organizing exhibitions. Please introduce it for us.
